1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and CutClock (“CutClock”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, scanning a queue QR code, or otherwise using our app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use CutClock. Providers must be authorised to operate the shop or salon they list. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.

4. Using the queue

CutClock provides tools to manage a live, first-come queue and to estimate wait times. Estimates are approximate and depend on real-world factors like service length and staffing. CutClock facilitates the connection between providers and customers but is not the provider of grooming services and is not a party to the service performed in the shop.

5. Fees & plans

Joining a queue as a customer is free. Providers may use CutClock on a free tier or a paid subscription with additional features. Fees, billing cycles, and what's included are shown at sign-up and may change with notice. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel from your account settings.

6. No-shows, cancellations & conduct

• Customers should cancel their spot if plans change, so the line stays accurate for everyone.
• Repeated no-shows or abuse of the queue may lead to limits on your account.
• Providers should not skip or reorder the queue unfairly or discriminate against customers.
• Harassment, fraud, or unsafe behaviour is not tolerated from any user.

7. Reviews & content

Customers may leave ratings and reviews based on genuine experiences. You're responsible for content you submit, and you grant CutClock a licence to display it within the service. We may remove content that is false, abusive, or violates these terms.

8. Prohibited use

• Misusing QR codes, automating fake queue entries, or manipulating wait times.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the service.
• Impersonating another person, shop, or CutClock itself.
• Using CutClock for anything unlawful.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

CutClock is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that wait estimates will always be exact. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CutClock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the quality of grooming services delivered by a provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using CutClock and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service and its users.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
