All bookings made through CutClock are subject to the availability and policies of the respective service provider. Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers and will be displayed at the time of booking. CutClock is not responsible for disputes between customers and service providers.
Service providers listing on CutClock must provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability. They are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and complying with all applicable local regulations governing their trade.
All content, branding, and technology associated with CutClock are the exclusive property of CutClock and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
CutClock acts as a marketplace connecting customers with service providers. We are not liable for the quality of services rendered, personal injury, or any damages arising from interactions between users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
